IJJGame Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

Welcome to IJJGame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and IJJGame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") covering your access to and use of all services available at ijjgame.bet. This includes sports betting, live casino games, slots, Teen Patti, roulette, and all promotional offers made available from time to time.

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account. By registering at IJJGame, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use IJJGame's services.

IJJGame reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To open and maintain an account with IJJGame, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. IJJGame does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
• Legal capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a resident of an excluded jurisdiction: IJJGame does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check whether using the platform is lawful in your location.
• Not a current employee: Employees of IJJGame, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously self-excluded from IJJGame and your exclusion period is active, you are not eligible to register a new account.

By registering at IJJGame, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) IJJGame account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. IJJGame uses multiple methods to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances if duplication is confirmed.

When registering at IJJGame, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify IJJGame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes.
• Ensure the payment methods linked to your account are in your own name.

IJJGame may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on IJJGame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. IJJGame currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; minimums for other methods are displayed at the cashier.
• Deposits are credited instantly for wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours to appear depending on your bank's processing speed.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of request submission. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2 hours during business days.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. IJJGame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• No fees: IJJGame does not charge transaction fees on any deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by banks or wallet providers are outside IJJGame's control.

IJJGame reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, resolution of an active investigation, or where the request triggers internal fraud controls. In such cases, the player will be notified and provided with the steps required to proceed.

IJJGame offers various promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus (and any winnings generated from it) can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in the individual promotion terms available at the time each bonus is claimed.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new IJJGame players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribution varies by title. Live casino games including Teen Patti and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Check specific promotion terms for confirmed contribution rates.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet is Rs 500 per round or sports bet. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: IJJGame actively monitors for bonus abuse including matched betting, use of multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotion mechanics. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses voided and may be suspended.

IJJGame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

All sports bets placed at IJJGame are subject to the following general conditions. Sport-specific rules are displayed within each relevant market at the time of bet placement.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted when you have received a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid bet and will not be paid regardless of the outcome.
• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet slip unless a higher minimum is displayed for a specific market.
• Maximum stake and payout: IJJGame applies maximum stake and maximum payout limits. These vary by sport, market, and event. Maximum single-bet payout is Rs 500,000 unless otherwise stated.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling policy for that sport; if the market is offered in error; or if there is a manifest pricing error that IJJGame can demonstrate was clearly wrong.
• Live betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension and change at any time. A bet placed on a live market is only confirmed at the point the system accepts it. IJJGame is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connection issues on the player's side.
• Cricket-specific: For PSL and international cricket markets, IJJGame follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches in accordance with official match rules. Markets are settled per the official result recognised by the relevant cricket board.

IJJGame reserves the right to limit the stakes or frequency of bets placed by any player at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

All casino games available on IJJGame — including slots, Teen Patti, roulette, and live dealer titles — use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and roulette wheels operated by professional dealers in certified studios. Game outcomes are not influenced or manipulated by IJJGame or any third party.

• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and any unsettled bet will be returned. This applies to both RNG and live dealer games.
• Disconnection: If you lose your internet connection during a game round, the round will continue and settle according to the outcome determined by the game server. IJJGame is not liable for losses incurred due to connection failures on your end.
• Game-specific rules: Detailed rules for each individual game are accessible via the game's information panel within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read these rules before playing.
• Maximum payout: Casino winnings from a single game session are subject to a maximum payout of Rs 1,000,000 unless a progressive jackpot game that specifies a higher limit is played and the jackpot is triggered.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at IJJGame. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

• Opening more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods.
• Collusion with other players in card games or live dealer environments.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors. Any player who knowingly benefits from a game error is required to report it and return any funds obtained from the error. Failure to do so will be treated as fraud.
• Money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which bets have been placed at IJJGame.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing IJJGame staff or other players.

IJJGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, IJJGame will complete the investigation as quickly as reasonably possible and will notify the player of the outcome. If the account is cleared, access will be restored and any withheld legitimate funds will be released. If fraud or breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited where legally permitted.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting IJJGame support. Voluntary closure is not immediate if there are active bets or a pending investigation — the account will be flagged for closure and finalised once outstanding matters are resolved.

IJJGame collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations. By creating an IJJGame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is never sold to third-party marketing companies.
• IJJGame uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
• IJJGame may share data with payment providers, identity verification services, and law enforcement where required by law or necessary for platform operation.

IJJGame is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment — if it is causing you financial distress, relationship problems, or anxiety, please use the tools available on the platform or seek external support.

The following player protection tools are available to every IJJGame account holder free of charge and at any time:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase has a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session reminders: Notifications displayed after a set amount of continuous playing time.
• Cool-off period: Temporary suspension of your account for a chosen duration (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: A minimum 6-month account closure. During self-exclusion IJJGame will not send you promotional communications. Re-opening is only possible after the exclusion period has elapsed and only after a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

IJJGame's total liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. IJJGame is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind including lost profits or loss of opportunity.

IJJGame does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. IJJGame will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability.

Dispute resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or have any other complaint, you must raise it with IJJGame support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted. IJJGame will investigate all disputes and provide a response within 5 business days. IJJGame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Where a change is material, IJJGame will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of IJJGame following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
